I’m Brandon O’Bryant, LCSW, LCDC, a Texas therapist providing telehealth counseling and therapy for adults across Texas. My work is person-centered, holistic, and grounded in a whole-life perspective, with care informed by evidence-based therapeutic approaches. I offer ongoing therapy, short-term goal-focused counseling, couples counseling, and substance use support.

What it’s like to work with me

My approach begins with holding space for you and whatever you’re carrying, whether that’s stress, uncertainty, relationship challenges, substance use concerns, or a desire for change.

Together, we look at different elements of your life, including mental health, physical health, social health, environmental health, and purpose and meaning, to better understand what may need support, care, or change. I aim to show up as warm, insightful, compassionate, easy to talk to, and effective.

Why this work matters to me

I do this work because I care deeply about mental health and believe people can change their story. Change is a direction, not a destination. Growing up, I became aware of the cracks people can fall through in families, systems, and society. That perspective shaped how I see people: not as problems to be fixed, but as human beings navigating real environments, histories, pressures, and expectations.

What keeps me doing this work is the privilege of seeing clients move from surviving to thriving. Therapy can help you shift patterns that no longer serve you, reconnect with what matters, and build a life that feels more grounded, intentional, and abundant. The world is far from perfect, but healing can begin with one honest conversation and one brave step at a time. Even in difficult seasons, hope is on the horizon.

What Guides My Work

Mission

I believe therapy should be a space for connection, growth, empowerment, and greater balance. My goal is to offer practical, supportive care that helps people make meaningful change over time.

Core Values

Connection

Starts with space to feel seen, heard, and supported wherever you are.

Growth

Reflection, intention, and action that cultivates clarity and forward movement.

Empowerment

Building the confidence and clarity to make choices that fit your life.

Balance

Create the inner peace needed for steady progress and meaningful change.

A simple, no-pressure conversation to see if we’re a good fit.

I work with adults who are ready to create change—even if you’re still figuring out what that means for you.

Whether you’re dealing with burnout, relationship stress, life transitions, anxiety, low mood, or a desire for more balance and intention, this is a space to explore, reset, and move forward.
